Implementation & Support

Onboarding is a quick process! Our team will create credentials for your admin to add additional users and start building projects. There are many capabilities within fdx, each capability onboarding timeline is dependent on your technical stack and desired integration. We do advise you have some level of technical support to seamlessly integrate with our capabilities.

An Integration Consultant will be assigned to your team for assistance! This Integration Consultant acts as a technical project manager to help guide you through the implementation phase.

Each capability has robust documentation available. During the implementation your Integration Consultant and Client Success Lead are available to support. Once the implementation is complete, your Client Success Lead and fdx Support team are available.
